Come in =) On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for you from 2 pm - arrival is possible in the evening until 6:30 pm

Check-Out
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11 am. Thank you very much.
Parking
Free parking is available directly at the hotel.
WLAN
Use the free Riedl WLAN to stay in touch with your loved ones. Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel - the wellness area, dining room and our terrace are deliberately excluded from the Wi-Fi network. The focus here is on relaxation, enjoyment and conversation with other guests. Simply the "here and now" feeling.

Wellness area & pool opening hours
The indoor pool is open daily from 07:30 to 21:00.
The various saunas (Finnish sauna, sanarium, steam bath) are heated for you daily from 1 pm to 7 pm.
The heated loungers and infrared cabins (single and double cabins) are open daily from 8 am to 7:30 pm.
Bathrobes & bath slippers
Cozy bathrobes are available free of charge during your stay (in one size XL).
For the love of the environment
Dear guests, can you imagine how many thousands of disposable bath slippers are taken out of their plastic packaging every day in hotel rooms around the world, only to end up in the bin again after a short (or in the worst case, no) use? We want to avoid this - out of love for the environment. Guests are welcome to bring their own slippers/flip flops or non-slip sandals and use them to visit the wellness area. Otherwise, bathing slippers made of terry cloth are available free of charge directly at reception on request. We invite guests to take these towelling slippers home with them and continue to use them.
Well bedded
All our rooms are equipped with beds for allergy sufferers (no comforters).
Our bed dimensions: classic double bed: 180cm x 200cm - single bed: 80 x 200cm
Mattresses with medium firmness.
If you sleep best when you are as soft as a cloud, please let us know. If you wish, we can add one of our toppers from the Austrian company Erwin Müller (approx. 5 cm soft topper) to your bed and nothing will stand in the way of an excellent night's sleep.
Wheel storage option
Your bikes, e-bikes, racing bikes and mountain bikes can be safely stored in our "Radl-Stadl". There you will also find numerous charging points for your e-bike batteries.
KaiserwinklCard
The guest card entitles you to a number of discounts, which are listed in the accompanying brochure. The KaiserwinklCard is available at reception: you are welcome to pick it up at reception after check-in, otherwise the guest card will be waiting for you on your table at dinner on the day of arrival =)
Additional information: Only when all necessary personal data (birthday, ID document, etc.) are known at the reception and reported to Kössen, we receive the online permission from the tourism association for the card printing.
Dogs
€ 15,- per night without food
Our junior suites and suites are pet-free categories (suitable for allergy sufferers) and therefore cannot be booked with dogs. Pets are welcome in all other room categories.
We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or in the leisure facilities (wellness & pool area, sunbathing lawn).
When booking, please bring a basket or blanket for your furry friend: Please do not allow dogs to sleep in the guest beds or on the upholstered furniture.
In the event of above-average soiling or necessary repairs due to damage, we reserve the right to charge for this.
The traffic-calmed location of our hotel invites two- and four-legged friends alike to relaxed walks. We ask you to keep your dog on a leash in and around the hotel and to remove the dog excrement from the cow pastures (= all open spaces around the hotel). THANK YOU!

Breakfast & dinner as part of half board
Breakfast: between 8 and 10 am
Dinner: we ask you to dine between 18:00 and 19:30. On the first evening, our service team will be happy to accompany you to your table, which we have reserved for you for the duration of your stay. On the Heimatliebe pleasure evening we ask you to dine at 6 pm.
You can enjoy breakfast and dinner as part of half board in our restaurant - we regret that this is not possible on the terrace. We ask for your understanding
Dear guests, we ask for your understanding: Our à la carte restaurant has been closed since fall 2021!
For hotel guests: the booked half-board and our varied breakfast buffet will of course continue to take place as usual.
For hotel guests there will be a small snack menu at lunchtime (except Wednesdays!) on request - with small dishes on it, such as salads, toasts and soups - in the afternoon there will be various cakes (not included in the hotel price).
If you have booked 'room/breakfast', we will be happy to give you tips on where you can have dinner in the region.
Catering "Room/breakfast"
Booking with board "room with breakfast" possible on request: minus € 10,- per person/per night (except packages)
We ask for your understanding: from fall 2021 our á la carte restaurant will be closed.
The breakfast buffet for hotel guests will of course continue to take place as usual.
We will be happy to give you tips on where to go for dinner in the region (nearest restaurants approx. 5-10 minutes' drive away). Alternatively, we can also offer to change your booking to 'half board' for the duration of your stay (for an additional charge). This allows you to enjoy our varied menus of choice every evening, as well as daily salads from the buffet and cheese from the board. Not forgetting our gourmet gala evening "Heimatliebe", which takes place once a week as part of half board and is all about regionality (days may vary).
Vegetarian, lactose & gluten free, dietary preferences
Also a pleasure without meat - vegetarian: You will find a vegetarian main course on our evening set menu every day. We are also happy to offer you vegetarian alternatives for starters and soups.
Our kitchen team will be happy to cook for you with lactose and gluten intolerance in mind: for example, lactose-free milk and yoghurt are available for breakfast on prior request. Gluten-free bread is also available. Our evening menu of choice can also be prepared lactose-free or gluten-free on request. Please let us know shortly before your arrival. THANK YOU. Other dietary preferences are only possible on prior request.
We regret: we do not offer vegan cuisine.
Flowers as a surprise for birthdays, wedding anniversaries and co
Whether it's a birthday, wedding day or anniversary - we are always happy to be there when guests are surprised by their loved ones!
We would be happy to order a beautiful, colorful bouquet of flowers in your name as a surprise for the morning breakfast table or for dinner.
Please let us know at least one week before the planned surprise (by e-mail or telephone call) and let us know the amount you would like for the bouquet (plus +5,- for travel costs/collection from the florist). We will be happy to send you our bank details by e-mail to which we ask you to transfer the amount.
Send vacation greetings & souvenirs for loved ones at home
Even in times of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and the like, it's still part of the real vacation feeling, isn't it? Writing postcards to your loved ones at home.
Browse through the postcards at our reception - stamps are also available there.
Beautiful souvenirs, regional products, Riedl fan articles and souvenirs for your loved ones at home can be found in our showcases in the hotel - these can also be purchased at reception (with the exception of clothing and shoes from our cooperation partners - these are available in the stores in Kössen and Marquartstein)
Down payment
In order to make booking as easy as possible for our guests, we do not require a deposit for individual bookings (of one room). However, we reserve the right to request a deposit at certain times of the year (e.g. New Year's Eve/Carnival) or when booking several rooms.
Payment
Cash, EC card or MasterCard and VISA.
Cancellations, non-arrival & early departure
Life often turns out differently than planned: Cancellations are regrettable, but often unavoidable. For this reason, we recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance when confirming their booking in writing - for example here with just a few clicks at Europäische Reiseversicherung , the Austrian market leader. Further information on taking out travel insurance can also be found here.
The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply in the event of cancellation. These can be viewed at any time on the website of the Austrian Hotel Industry Association at www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf.
Cancellations must be made in writing and will be reconfirmed by us.
Cancellations: (except Christmas & New Year's Eve):
Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the date of arrival are free of charge - after that, fees will be charged on a staggered basis depending on the reason for cancellation.(Except for Christmas/New Year's Eve stays with arrival between mid-December and New Year's Day in this period, a cancellation is possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival - detailed information below I As well as except individual conditions for group bookings - here the agreement in the booking confirmation applies).

Travel insurance
And what if something does come up? In order to always have a reliable partner at your side should the worst happen, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking. This covers the cancellation fees in the event of cancellation for certain reasons (depending on the package selected). Europäische Reiseversicherung - the Austrian market leader - offers you a choice of two options: Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits)

If you are insured with a credit card, please check whether it offers sufficient protection. In some cards, cancellation cover is dependent on turnover, has an excess, is limited to a certain amount or is restricted to the cardholder only, so that illnesses in the family are often not covered. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
We - Hotel Riedl - only act as an "intermediary" when taking out insurance and can only make recommendations, we do not act as an insurer. Guests must take out insurance directly and on their own responsibility with the insurer of their choice.

Room & table numbers
If you have fallen in love with one of our rooms, our flexible room allocation allows us to cater to our guests' individual scheduling requirements. In order to maintain this necessary flexibility, we ask our loyal regular guests in particular for their understanding that we do not reserve and confirm room or table numbers. However, we are happy to make a non-binding room request internally.
Only room categories can be reserved, not room or table numbers.
Christmas/New Year's Eve
Tyrolean Christmas at the Riedl: Christmas party with shepherd group, candlelight program, festive menu, cookie plate and small gift.
A lively start to the New Year: New Year's Eve party with live music (pop/dance music) and New Year's Eve gourmet menu, midnight goulash soup (to keep you going so you can keep dancing ;-) ), New Year's Day prosecco breakfast.
Minimum stay over the turn of the year: 8 nights - a surcharge of 15 % will be charged for shorter stays.
Stays over Christmas and New Year's Eve can only be booked with half board.
Arrivals on December 24th are unfortunately not possible. We ask for your understanding.
External providers & portals
When booking via external online portals, no further discounts (e.g. regular guest discount) or all-inclusive prices can be claimed. General information about our packages
- All packages quoted are per person in the specified period and with the additional services listed, EXCLUDING local tax:
- Local tax until October 31, 2024: € 1.90 per person/per night local tax will be added to the indicated price.
- Local tax from November 1, 2024: A local tax of € 2.50 per person/per night will be added to the indicated price.
- Local tax from May 1, 2025: A local tax of € 2.60 per person/per night will be added to the indicated price.
- Fixed prices for children & surcharges (e.g. double room for single use) see regular price list.
- No other discounts are taken into account during the packages.
- No package prices can be claimed when booking via online platforms. In the event of early departure, the full package price will be charged.
- Prices, dates and services may vary depending on the season.
Price details
Our listed prices are per person and per night including half board, including service and VAT, excluding local tax. Prices for double rooms are based on double occupancy. Prices valid for direct bookings of 3 nights or more (stays of less than 3 nights: please see short stay surcharge) (except at the turn of the year: at this time the price is valid from 8 nights)
The prices quoted are EXCLUSIVE local tax.
