You can cancel your direct booking free of chargeup to 14 days before arrival . (Except for Christmas/New Year's Eve stays with arrival between mid-December and New Year's Day, in this period a cancellation is possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival and except for individual conditions for group bookings)
No down payment.
To make your booking as convenient as possible, no deposit is required. You only pay on site during your stay! Exceptions are bookings of several rooms (group bookings) or certain high season periods (e.g. New Year's Eve)
