Send voucher request using the form above - Important, please write in the MESSAGE field: "Voucher", your desired amount "€ XX", as well as the name of the recipient "Max Mustermann" - make sure you have the correct postal address for sending the voucher. THANKS

2. confirmation e-mail

You will receive an e-mail from us with all the important data and the request to transfer the desired amount

3. payment & shipping

As soon as the amount has been received, we will send the voucher by post.

Please note that it may take a few days to a week for the voucher to be sent by post, so please request your voucher as soon as possible. Vouchers are only issued in euros - not for overnight stays. Only payable by bank transfer. Vouchers cannot be sent by e-mail. The recipient can then present the original voucher at any time at the hotel and redeem it. No cash redemption
